An Ode To a Meal Remembered...

There are somethings you just remember forever. Your first kiss. Your first job. And definitely an amazing meal. Being that I live in New York City, I live in the food Mecca of the world. The food scene is vast from food trucks, street carts, neighborhood cafes, and unforgettable once in a lifetime luxury meals. Oddly enough, this meal is an ode to a restaurant in Chicago, my hometown. Over the Christmas holiday, I had a chance to visit this gem called Ruxbin. I will let the pictures do the talking.
